The Department has determined that the <br /> requirements of HSC section 25359 . 5 have been met. <br /> 13 . There has been a release of hazardous substances <br /> on, under, or into the land of this site, and this order is <br /> necessary to protect the public health. <br /> 14 . The release does not comply with the terms of a <br /> current permit or interim status document or regulation of the <br /> Department. <br /> 15.
