16. There is a likelihood of human or domestic animal <br /> contact at this site. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions <br /> of Law, it is hereby ORDERED that: <br /> 17 . Respondent shall install a fence on the site <br /> property to secure, at a minimum, the area specified on the site <br /> map (Appendix "A") . [The fence should be drawn on the site map <br /> to include as little area as is necessary to ensure that exposure <br /> from contaminates is prevented. The respondent should be free to <br /> place the fence anywhere outside the designated boundaries as <br /> necessary for the smooth operation of the business] . <br /> 18 . The fence shall be constructed according to the <br /> specifications attached as Appendix "C" . [The fencing <br /> requirements should be reasonable based on the specific <br /> circumstances surrounding the site. A large rural site should <br /> require a simpler, less costly fence than a small site in a <br /> suburban or urban environment. The nature of the risk should <br /> also be considered when determining the fence type] . <br /> 19. The fence shall be installed within five (5) days. <br /> Signs shall be posted within five (5) days, with lettering <br /> legible from a distance of at least 25 feet which states, <br /> "Caution: Hazardous Substance Area, Unauthorized Persons Keep <br /> Out" , in both the English and language [ insert <br /> second language as appropriate to the surrounding area] .
