California <br />CCITT ECM;# 4 <br />Circuit Works Inc. was a manufacturer of printed circuit boards located <br />in two buildings at 152 Frank West Circle, Stockton, California. Circuit <br />Works Inc. terminated its operations. The building contained various <br />equipment used in the manufacturing process. The equipment was auctioned <br />on October 14, 1993. The pieces of equipment were sold to various <br />buyers. In several walk-thru investigations by representatives of the <br />County Health Department and District Attorney's office, have deemed <br />a few pieces of equipment as hazardous and need to be decontaminated <br />prior to their removal and transportation to their final destination. <br />PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this work plan is to address the cleaning and decontam- <br />ination (removal of hazardous wastes) of certain specific pieces of <br />equipment (listed below) that are left at the site. This plan describes <br />the tasks involved to ensure that all hazardous chemicals have been <br />removed from the equipment and ensure that the existing building flooring, <br />and general surrounding area is left in the same condition as it was <br />originally found to be in. Circuit works Inc. had its operations located <br />in two buildings at the site. The first building contained little <br />hazardous waste and housed mainly office and adminstrative personnel. <br />Building number two contained the wet floor area of the actual plating <br />line. <br />MUIPMW_ TO RB REWM <br />The equipment that are going to he cleaned and decontaminated in each of the <br />buildings as described above. They are as follows; <br />BUILDING NUMBER 1 <br />Technic Mini FFP Tab Plating System with Dry Film Stripper (lot nos. 431 <br />and 432), <br />BUILDING NUMBER 2 <br />Chem -Cut Etcher (lot no. 268) <br />Chem -Cut Etcher (lot no. 269) <br />Chem -Cut Stripper (lot no. 271) <br />Chem -Cut Stripper/etcher Line (lot nos. 262 and 262A) <br />Each of these pieces of equipment will be cleaned and decontaminated <br />as described as follows. <br />
