These sites have been investigated, or are currently under
investigation by the EPA, for the release, or threatened release of hazardous substances. Once
a site is placed on the CERCLIS Report, it may be subjected to several levels of review and
evaluation, and ultimately placed on the National Priorities List.'
This list (Table 1) contains two sites located within one mile of the subject
property. The location of the sites with respect to the subject property is shown on
the ERIIS Site Location Map (Figure 1). These sites are not of a nature, proximity, or
magnitude to result in an adverse environmental situation which would affect or
cause action to be taken on the subject property.
TRI (Toxic Release Inventory)
The Toxic Release Inventory Report (TRI) contains information on the estimated
release of toxic chemicals into the environment. The TRI Report includes data relating to the
amount of chemicals that are stored at a facility, and the estimated quantity that has been
emitted into the environment.'
This report (Table 2) contains one site located within one mile of the subject
property. The location of the site with respect to the subject property is shown on
the ERIIS Site Location Map (Figure 1). The reported toxic substance release was not
of a nature, proximity, or magnitude to result in an adverse environmental situation
which would affect or cause action to be taken on the subject property.
