The location of the sites with respect to the subject property is shown on <br />the ERUS Site Location Map (Figure 1). These sites are not of a nature, proximity, or <br />magnitude to result in an adverse environmental situation which would affect or <br />cause action to be taken on the subject property. <br />RCRIS SG (Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System) <br />The Resource Conservation and Recovery Information System (RCRIS) report of small <br />quantity generators contains information pertaining to those facilities that either generate <br />between 100 kg and 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month or meet other applicable <br />requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.' <br />This list (Table 4) contains two sites located within one mile of the subject <br />property. These sites are not of a nature, proximity, or magnitude to result in an <br />adverse environmental situation which would affect or cause action to be taken on <br />the subject property. <br />ERNS (Emergency Response Notification System) <br />ERNS is a national computer database system that is used to store information on the <br />release of hazardous substances into the environment. The ERNS reporting system contains <br />preliminary information on specific releases, including the spill location, the substance <br />released, and the responsible party.' <br />This list (Table 5) contains three incident sites located within one mile of the <br />subject property. The incidents at these sites are not of a nature, proximity, or <br />magnitude to result in an adverse environmental situation which would affect or <br />cause action to be taken on the subject property. <br />
