These facilities are assigned an identification number which serves as a
cross-reference for other databases in the EPA's program system. Each FINDS record
indicates the EPA Program Office that is responsible for the tracking of the facility.'
This list (Table 6) contains nine sites (including the subject site) within one
mile of the subject property. None of the sites, with the exception of the subject site,
appear to represent an environmental threat to the subject property.
State Database Records
California Underground Storage Tanks
This list is comprised of underground storage tanks of any capacity and all of the
underground piping connected to the tank.'
This list (Table 7) contains 11 tank sites within one mile of the subject
property. The presence of underground storage tanks do not represent an
environmental threat unless the tank is leaking or spillage occurs during refilling.
This list does not identify leaking underground storage tanks, however, the following
list does identify known, leaking tanks.
California LUST (Leaking Underground Storage Tank) Information System
This list is comprised of sites on which a leaking underground storage tank or
tanks have been reported.
This list (Table 8) contained two reported tank leaks within one mile of the
subject property. The leaking tank reported at Woolsey Oil Inc., a site adjacent to the
South side of the subject property has been remediated, therefore, neither tank leak
sites are of a nature, or magnitude to cause an adverse environmental situation which
would affect or cause action to be taken on the subject property.
CALSITES Report
The CALSITES Report contains information pertaining to identified and prospective
hazardous waste sites. State Superfund sites, formerly listed on the Bond Expenditure Plan,
are included.'
This list (Table 9) contains five sites located within one mile of the subject
property. The location of the sites with respect to the subject property is shown on
the ERIIS Site Location Map (Figure 1). These sites are not of a nature, proximity, or
