Mora <br />Circuit Works Incorporated <br />152 Frank West Circle <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br />On October 9, 1991 Public Health Services -Environmental Health <br />Division (PHS-EHD), conducted an inspection located at 152 Frank <br />West Circle in Stockton. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste <br />statutes and/or regulations were identified. Specific violations <br />and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br />correct the identified violations within the schedule provided will <br />result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/ additional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br />1. Health and Safety Code (H&S), Division 20, Section <br />25189.5. At the time of inspection, I observed absorbent <br />soaked with oil on asphalt pavement. According to Mr. <br />Mora this oil soaked absorbent is disposed of to a solid <br />waste landfill. This disposal site is not a permitted <br />disposal site for oil contaminated absorbent. <br />2. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Sections <br />66262.31, 66262.32 and 66262.34. At the time of <br />inspection, several hazardous waste containers were not <br />labeled, or were labeled incompletely. <br />3. Title 22, CCR, Section 66264.173. At the time of <br />inspection, the "super sack" containing hazardous waste <br />sludge was open. <br />4. Title 22, CCR, Section 66265.34. At the time of <br />inspection, an alarm or communication device was not <br />immediately available in the are of hazardous waste <br />handling. <br />5. Title 22, CCR, Section 66268.7. At the time of <br />inspection, a hazardous waste manifest requiring a land <br />disposal restriction notification form did not have an <br />L.D.R. form attached. <br />A DivWon of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
