6 0 <br />6. Title 22, CCR, Section 66265.52. At the time of <br />inspection, the chemical spill contingency plan did not <br />include accurate information on the alternate emergency <br />coordinator and did not have day and night addresses <br />(including phone numbers) for the emergency coordinators. <br />7. Title 22, CCR, Section 66260.210, 66264.601. At the time <br />of inspection, hazardous waste was being treated on site <br />without a permit or variance issued by CAL EPA, <br />Department of Toxic Substances Control (DISC). <br />II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br />Violation #1: Within 24 hours of receiving this report, clean <br />up all contaminated absorbent and dispose of, as hazardous <br />waste within 90 days. <br />Violation #2: Within 7 days of receiving this report, label <br />all hazardous waste barrels completely. <br />Violation #3: Within 24 hours of receiving this report, cover <br />and secure all hazardous waste containers except when adding <br />or removing waste. <br />Violation #4: Within 30 days of receiving this report, <br />provide access to an emergency communication system for <br />employees working in the hazardous waste storage area. <br />Violation #5: Within 30 days of receiving this report, obtain <br />land disposal restriction notifications for all wastes <br />manifested off site which require them. If L.D.R. <br />notifications cannot be obtained, notify Cal EPA-DTSC in <br />writing explaining the disposal status of the waste(s) in <br />question. <br />Violation #6: Within 7 days of receiving this report, update <br />the chemical spill contingency plant to reflect the current <br />emergency coordinators with their day and night addresses and <br />phone numbers. <br />Violation #7: Within 30 days of receiving this report, <br />contact Cal EPA-DTSC and determine the status of your variance <br />application and comply with their requirements for onsite <br />hazardous waste treatment. <br />When all violations have been <br />certification to this office at <br />certification shall contain the <br />indicated on Attachment I. <br />corrected, please send written <br />the letterhead address.
