Copies- 12094640138;# 4/ 6 <br />• <br />Work Plan for Plating Line Equipment Removal. <br />Circuit Works Inc., Stockton, California <br />BACKGROUND <br />Circuit Works Inc. ceased operations as a circuit board manufacturer. The <br />plating line area consists of several pieces of equipment used in conjunction <br />with the plating operations of the circuit assembly. All of the equipment <br />was left in the building and the hazardous chemicals were removed. There <br />was an auction on October 14, 1993. The pieces of equipment were sold to <br />different buyers. The equipment is on site and is ready to be moved off-site <br />to the new owners. <br />PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this work plan is to address the preparation for removal, and <br />final removal of the equipment from the Circuit Works Inc. facility to the <br />new owners. This work describes the tasks involved to ensure that all haz- <br />ardous chemicals have been removed prior to loading and transportation, and <br />ensure that the building area where the equipment was ,located will be left <br />in the same condition as It was found. Listed below is the equipment <br />that is going to be removed, and the tasks that will be performed during the <br />removal, loading, and transportation of each piece of equipment. <br />EQUIPMENT TO BE REHOVED <br />The equipment that are going to be removed are addressed in this work <br />plan as follows: <br />1. Proheco Reflow System (one each) <br />1. <br />Chem -Cut Etcher <br />(two <br />each) <br />3. <br />Chen -Cut Stripper <br />(two <br />each) <br />4. <br />Western Tape Scaler <br />(one <br />each) <br />5. <br />Grieve Door oven <br />(one <br />each) <br />Total Pieces seven <br />SCOPE OF YORK <br />bisted below are the steps that are going to be performed prior, during, <br />and after the above pieces have been removed. The goal ul this work plan <br />is to ensure that there are not any hazardous chemicals In the equipment <br />before shipment, If hazardous chemicals are present In the equipment,the <br />chemicals will be removed and stored on-site. <br />
