Copies- 12094640138;# 4/ 6 • Work Plan for Plating Line Equipment Removal. Circuit Works Inc., Stockton, California BACKGROUND Circuit Works Inc. ceased operations as a circuit board manufacturer. The plating line area consists of several pieces of equipment used in conjunction with the plating operations of the circuit assembly. All of the equipment was left in the building and the hazardous chemicals were removed. There was an auction on October 14, 1993. The pieces of equipment were sold to different buyers. The equipment is on site and is ready to be moved off-site to the new owners. PURPOSE The purpose of this work plan is to address the preparation for removal, and final removal of the equipment from the Circuit Works Inc. facility to the new owners. This work describes the tasks involved to ensure that all haz- ardous chemicals have been removed prior to loading and transportation, and ensure that the building area where the equipment was ,located will be left in the same condition as It was found. Listed below is the equipment that is going to be removed, and the tasks that will be performed during the removal, loading, and transportation of each piece of equipment. EQUIPMENT TO BE REHOVED The equipment that are going to be removed are addressed in this work plan as follows: 1. Proheco Reflow System (one each) 1. Chem -Cut Etcher (two each) 3. Chen -Cut Stripper (two each) 4. Western Tape Scaler (one each) 5. Grieve Door oven (one each) Total Pieces seven SCOPE OF YORK bisted below are the steps that are going to be performed prior, during, and after the above pieces have been removed. The goal ul this work plan is to ensure that there are not any hazardous chemicals In the equipment before shipment, If hazardous chemicals are present In the equipment,the chemicals will be removed and stored on-site.
