G10 'LS-M ; lti:zz Kinko s t;opies <br />Work Plan for Plating Line Equipment Removal <br />Circuit Works Inc., Stockton, California <br />SCOPE OF WORE—CONTINUED <br />The following tasks will be performed in this order: <br />1. Inspect and certify that all equipment do not contain hazardous chemicals <br />before shipment. Should any piece of equipment contain chemicals, they <br />will be removed and stored on—site.(see detail procedure below). <br />2. The building area or path that the equipment in going to be moved will <br />be cleaned prior to removal. <br />3. Each piece of equipment will be inspected to ensure all chemicals have been <br />removed. <br />4. Each piece of equipment will have ail lines sealed, drains sealed, and <br />all electrical connections coiled and taped. The drain pans will be <br />cleaned of all debris and chemicals if required. <br />5. Prior to removal, all doors in the area will be opened and the fans <br />used as required to ensure proper ventilation. The doors will not <br />be closed until all equipment have been removed and the building cleaned <br />as required. <br />6. The building floor where the equipment was removed will be cleaned. <br />7. The area where the equipment is loaded will be inspected to ensure that <br />there was not any leakage. If there is any leakage, it will be cleaned <br />up and placed inside the building. <br />8. The building will he inspected for a final time , the doors will be closed, <br />the fans will be turned off, and returned to its aripinal condition. <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />The above listed work will be performed asuming that there are not any hazardous <br />chemicals present in the equipment that are to be removed. Should hazardous <br />chemicals still remain in the equipment, personal protective equipment and <br />strict safety procedures will be enforced. <br />Omni Environmental Group will provide supervision during the equipment removal_ <br />A site safety officer will be on—site during the removal. Should chemicals <br />be detected in the equipment, the site safety officer will remove the chemicals <br />wearing Level "C" protection. <br />EMERGENCY RESPUNSE <br />Should hazardous chemicals be encountered with during the removal of the <br />equipment, the above safety procedures will. occur. Should there be a <br />chemical spill or a person injured, the following procedures will apply. <br />
