Chemical Spill <br />Should a chemical spill occur during the decontamination of the equipment <br />(if required), the chemical will be contained by usse of asorbant or <br />diking with booms, or pads as required. The chemical will be solidified <br />and placed Into a clean drum. The drum will properly labeled and stored <br />in the proper area for final disposal with the rest of the chemicals <br />on-site. <br />2. Personal Injury <br />On -sire there are portable eye washes, telephones, and a temporary <br />decontamination area. Should a person come in cnntaet with a chemical <br />or chemicals, the person will be decontaminated immediately. The site <br />safety officer will administer first aid immediately. The type of <br />first aid given will depend upon the type of chemical that was spilled. <br />The nearest hospital will be contacted and the patient will be transported <br />immediately if required after on -Sita decontamination and treatment. <br />SUMMARY <br />The seven pieces of equipment that are going to be removed, loaded, and. <br />transported to the various facilities at this time do not contain any <br />hazardous chemicals that are known. The above listed scope of work <br />will be adhered to by Omni Environmental. Group. <br />
