The economy being what it is today we are <br />Scheduling this action to begin within 60 days and we expect completion - <br />approximately 10 days after beginning construction. <br />item 5 Integrity of the Latin <br />y Plating floor and sumps,.. <br />The paved area behind the building which is in <br />that gwestion, will be excavated at. <br />Point where there is damage to the pavement. We will <br />1 <br />beginning record the date of <br />and photos will be taken of this action. The'excavation will be to <br />a depth of 24".'- 30" which will be adequate to show any seepage from <br />plating flour or sumps, We will not begin this action until the weather ithe <br />sufficiently stable to provide a dry area. We should be able to commence <br />this action within 20 to 60 days. When the excavation is complete, we will <br />allow one week for any seepage that may occur. At that point we will record' <br />any evidence of seepage and collect samples of any seepage for analyses for <br />.hazardous components. Photos will be taken and dates recorded. If there -is <br />seepage of hazardous materials evident we wilt motif <br />how to proceed. ce and discss <br />If there is no evidence of hazardous umaterial seepageuwe <br />will <br />_proceed to repair the excavation and pavement. <br />The above items will be completed as scheduled above, and we will continue to <br />work with your office regarding clarification and correction. we expect this <br />schedule wi 1 1 .meet with your approval .
