Failure to correct the identified violations <br />within the schedule provided will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />1. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS; <br />A Section 66508 (a), Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR). At the time of <br />inspection, some of the hazardous waste storage containers were not properly labeled with <br />accumulation start dates. <br />B. Section 67243 (a), Title 22, CCR. At the time of inspection, the waste oil bin was uncovered <br />and open to the environment. <br />C. Section 66493, Title 22, CCR. At the time of inspection, a Biennial Report had not been <br />prepared for the State of California Department of Health Services. <br />D. Section 67105 (a), Title 22,CCR. At the time of inspection, personnel records did not show <br />a verification of training and required experience for employees who work with hazardous <br />waste. <br />E. Section 25201 (a), Division 20, California Health and Safety Code. At the time of inspection, <br />Circuit Works did not have a Department of Health Services TSD permit to perform batch <br />treatment of their hazardous liquid waste stream prior to discharge into the sewer system. <br />II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br />Violation #1: Within 7 days of receipt of this report, label all hazardous waste barrels with the date <br />that waste accumulation in the containers began. <br />Violation #2: Within 7 days of receiving this report, cover and secure all hazardous waste containers. <br />Violation #3: Within 30 days of receiving this report, provide a copy of this years biennial report <br />A Mision of San Joaquin County Hcalth (:are ' c-niccs q� / <br />
