SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I, CLASS Il,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) This is a Routine and Complaint Hazardous Waste inspection. The following are Repeat Class II violations observed during this inspection:101,108,122/125,301,404,605,610,703, Notice to Comply: 999 101. (Repeat) This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by 11/16/2013. 108. (Repeat) Witnessed one 5-gallon bucket of saturated absorbent, and similarity saturated oily absorbent on the floor by the used oil container. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed, including a copy of the disposal receipt, by 11/16/2013. 122 & 125. (Repeat) With the exception of the most recent used oil disposal receipt, copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the last three years were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by by 11/16/2013.
