The following are Repeat Class II <br /> violations observed during this inspection:101,108,122/125,301,404,605,610,703, Notice to Comply: 999 <br /> 101. (Repeat) This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, <br /> store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br /> Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by <br /> 11/16/2013. <br /> 108. (Repeat) Witnessed one 5-gallon bucket of saturated absorbent, and similarity saturated oily <br /> absorbent on the floor by the used oil container. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of <br /> the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of <br /> the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in <br /> accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed, including a copy of the disposal receipt, by <br /> 11/16/2013. <br /> 122 & 125. (Repeat) With the exception of the most recent used oil disposal receipt, copies of hazardous <br /> waste disposal records for the last three years were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall <br /> retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br /> manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review.
