This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or off( for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. This violation was cited previously on the 10/16/2013 inspection report and had not returned to compliance. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 102 CCR 66262.11, 66262.40(c) Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste or retain waste analysis on site for 3 years. One red bucket of waste oil in the work shop north of the office observed during this inspection, and the absorbent wast in a bucket and on the floor cited in the 10/16/2013 inspection report, require hazardous waste determination. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the (WHATEVER THE WASTE IS] , and manage it according th Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste wa,, managed. This violation was cited previously on the 10/16/2013 inspection report and had not returned to compliance. A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) hazardouE waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
