San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.sigov.org/ehd <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CRS FARMING HAZARD RANCH I E ESCALON Mav 11 2017 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Three oil filters were observed on top of the used oil totes and allowed to drain into the secondary containment. <br /> The facility did not have recycling receipts for oil filters. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately containerize the filters and label. Recycle the filters and maintain recycling receipts on site for three <br /> years. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to resolve this violation. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> The facility generates used oil and oil filters. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS <br /> FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Received by: Date: Inspector: Inspector Phone: <br /> Printed Name and Title: GARRETT BACKUS, Lead Senior RENS (209)468-2986 <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br />
