Unable to determine the length of storage of the three HW containers referenced in Item #20, and waste solvent in parts cleaner. HW must be managed within 180 days of storage on site. Immediately dispose the above HW to a permitted facility in accordance to Title 22, and submit a copy of the disposal receipt to EHD. NOTES (The following are not violations) 52. The posted emergency coordinator information and a modified contingency plan not legible. Facilities are required to post legibly, the emergency coordinator name and telephone number, and the modified contingency plan at all times. Observed legible copy of emergency coordinator information and a modified contingency plan posted on wall. A copy of Auto Repair Best Management Practice pamphlet, flyer for the County HW Disposal Facility for Small Business, CUPA class schedule, blank HW labels, HW labeling information handout, have been provided to generator during this inspection. Submit the following to EHD by October 3, 2010 1) A copy of the completed Return to Compliance (attached), 2) A written statement how each of the above violation was corrected, 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115).
