BORETE
CH
IUVA.
a: i5)'NVA1tf—&atl'7F, at —n (12h) TTA—&, ;,L4 'JR
Complete bottle washing is a quite important link through the production line. It aims at remove
dirt and some labels on bottle materialswith high temperature agentia. Washing effects will
directly influence later selection process.
Prepare agentia solution before starting up. Put 50Kg PET fragment detergent TF -131, 25Kg-
30Kg NaOH, and IOKg-20Kg trisodium phosphate in chemical preparation box at first time
(during the production, adjust number of agentia input based on the purity of agentia, amount
of oil and blots of bottle materials). After well -distributed stirring, the solution will be drawn
to agentia supply barrel by pump. Turn on makeup valve to add water, and open steam
temperature control device to warm up at the same time. When the water level reaches to the
upper limit of liquidometer, turn off the makeup valve to stop adding water. When the
temperature almost rises to the set point (heating is automatically controlled by temperature
control device. When the temperature is below the set point, steam valve opens to supply steam
to heat. When the temperature reaches to the upper limit of the set point, the valve closes to
stop supplying steam. Generally, the suitable temperature is at the range of 85 °C - 90 °C ),
successively operate discharge conveying screw, sieve shaker, and rinsr. After rinsr operates
stably, open agentia supply pump (the agentia will be drawn from supply barrel to rinsing
machine), and agentia circulation pump (the agentia will be drawn from sediment barrel to
supply barrel). Meanwhile, control water inflow to an appropriate level, for insufficient water
inflow will affect washing effects, while excessive inflow will increase load of the equipment,
especially, of the sieve shaker. At last, start up feeding conveyer belt to get washing.
As the agentia solution is used in a closed cycle, a small amount of sludges will inflow to the
sediment barrel and supply barrel along with water to subside though most impurities are
removed with the sieve shaker. Therefore, during the process of production, the sludges need
to be discharged at interval of two or three hours in order to prevent saturation of agentia
solution influencing washing effects and to extend using time of the agentia. Meanwhile, some
prepared agentia solutions should be added at times.
135
