BORKE
E
al
Make sure blade in crusher is well assembled and fastened and no other metal matters within
the crusher before operation. Start discharge screw of crusher, turn on cooling water pipe to
inflow, and then start up the crusher. After it operates stably, the platform conveyer belt can be
opened for feeding. When stopping the equipment, the feeding shall be stopped first and then
the crusher shall be stopped after all the crushed bottle materials are discharged.
When changing blade, first of all, cut down the power and hang a warning sign on to inform
other workers to avoid maloperation. In addition, pay attention to the space between moving
blade and stationary blade. The smaller distance is, the better for the blade on the premise of
not touching, provided with no contact. Blade with a large distance has short service life, and
it can be worn easily with small crush capacity. After blades installed, slowly rotate the knife
rest for several circles. After confirming there is no error, tighten the bolt.
Note: All bolts of fixed crusher must be tightened, or the blades easily become flexible to
damage whole blades and even sometimes destroy crusher when crusher is high-speed
operating.
31.6.2 14/' 4,o a COMMON FAULTS AND SOLUTIONS
Ql : What should be done in case of bottle materials pile-up in the crusher when the discharge
is slow?
A: 77T4%f1, X-7-0;
TIT, fll w)ct, _A:#ZT_A 777'&*Af, T40fJ, >l_
A: After using for a period, the crusher blade needs to be changed because of blunt. If
discharging is unsatisfactory soon after such change, the reason might be that blade of crusher
not installed well where large space exists, or the blade is not sharpened, or the belt of crusher
is a little bit loose, and belt creeps, for which the bolt under electrical machine base need to be
adjusted and the belt need to be fastened.
31.7ll i' 7}C 7 G CENTRIFUGAL DRYING UNIT
31.7.1 ' /y OPERATION PROCEDURES AND KEY POINTS
140
