The following are Minor <br /> Violations - Notice to Comply: #101,304,404,605,701 <br /> 101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD by June 11, 2012. A form has been provided. <br /> 304. No spill control or decontamination equipment. Facility shall be equipped with portable fire <br /> extinguishers, fire control equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment for release <br /> of hazardous waste. Immediately provide spill control and decontamination equipment, and submit <br /> evidence of correction to EHD by June 11, 2012. <br /> 404. One 5-gallon bucket container of waste sandpapers were not closed. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
