Concentration limits in each medium shall consist <br /> 'hackground concentrations of each constituent of concern or concentrations greater than <br /> background pursuant to Title 27. <br /> I. Constituents of Concern <br /> The Constituents of Concern are as follows: <br /> sulfates EPA Method 8010 & 8020 Constituents nitrates <br /> Total Dissolved Solids Chemical Oxygen Demand total alkalinity <br /> sodium Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons chlorides <br /> calcium magnesium - potassium <br /> iron bicarbonate carbonate <br /> aluminum antimony barium (continued) <br />
