WATER QUALITY PROTECTION STANDARD <br /> The Water Quality Monitoring Plan-shall address establishment of the water quality <br /> protection standard at this site. The Water.Quality Protection Standard, as defined in'Title <br /> 27, shall consist of the constituents of concern, thea.concentration limits, the point(s) of <br /> compliance, and all water quality monitoring points. <br /> Constituents of concern shall include all waste constituents, reaction products, and <br /> hazardous cpnstituents that are reasonably expected to be in or derived from waste <br /> contained in the surface impoundments. Concentration limits in each medium shall consist <br /> 'hackground concentrations of each constituent of concern or concentrations greater than <br /> background pursuant to Title 27. <br /> I.
