Concentration Limits <br /> The Concentration Limits for anthropogenic constituents is the Method Detection Limit for <br /> each analyte. <br /> 3. Monitoring Points <br /> The monitoring Points for ground water are LP-1, LP-2, LP-3, and PW-l. The Monitoring <br /> Points for the surface impoundments is at the point of discharge to each impoundment. <br /> 4. Points of Compliance <br /> The Points of Compliance for ground water are LP-1, LP-2, and LP-3. <br /> �. CompIiance Period <br /> The Compliance.Period for the facility shall be the number of years equal to the closure <br /> period. Each time the Water Quality Protection Standard is exceeded (i.e., a release is <br /> discovered), the facility begins a Compliance Period on the date the Board directs the <br /> Discharger to begin an Evaluation Monitoring Program If the Discharger's Corrective <br /> Action Program (CAP)has not achieved compliance with the Standard by the scheduled end <br /> of the Compliance Period, the Compliance Period is automatically extended until the facility <br /> 'bias been in continuous compliance for at least three consecutive years. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring progr n the e0'effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered <br /> G .
