1.4. Jurisdiction. Section 25187 of the Health and Safety <br /> Code (HSC) authorizes the Department to order corrective action <br /> and assess a penalty when the Department determines that <br /> anyperson has violated specified provisions of 'the Health and <br /> Safety Code or any permit, rule, regulation, standard or <br /> requirement issued 'or adopted pursuant thereto. <br /> 1.5. Exhibits. All exhibits attached to this Order are <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> 1. 6. Applicable Statutes and Regulations. Copies of the <br /> statutes and regulations applicable to this Order are attached as <br /> Exhibit 2 . <br /> DETERMINATION OF VIOLATIONS <br /> 2. The Department has determined: <br /> 2 . 1. Code of Regs. ) , <br /> Sections 66262 . 34 (f) (3) (A) and (B) in that the label on a <br /> container was incomplete, to wit: The label on a non-stationary <br /> container used for the storage of hazardous waste mineral spirits <br /> in the vehicle maintenance shop hazardous waste storage area did <br /> not identify the physical state of the waste and the particular <br /> hazards associated with it. <br /> 2.2. On or about July 23, 1993, Respondent violated <br /> Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66265. 16 (d) in that <br /> Respondent's training records did not include all necessary <br /> elements, to wit: Respondent's training records did not <br /> incorporate the following required information: <br /> 2 <br />
