o Respondent's training records did not identify the job <br /> title for each position with hazardous waste management <br /> duties, <br /> o Respondent's job description forthe position of <br /> "Journeyperson Auto Mech. ", a position with hazardous <br /> waste management duties, did not identify those duties, <br /> o Respondent's training records did not include a written <br /> description of the type and amount of introductory and <br /> continuing hazardous waste management training required <br /> for positions with hazardous waste management duties, <br /> and <br /> o Respondent's training records did not document the <br /> completion of required training by employees whose <br /> responsibilities include the management of hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> 2. 3 On or about July 23, 1993 , Respondent violated <br /> Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66266. 130 (c) (3) in that a <br /> container on the west side of the alley south of the vehicle <br /> maintenance shop which contained two single-use used vehicle oil <br /> filters did not comply with the required standards for such <br /> containers, to wit: The container was neither closed nor <br /> rainproof and was not labelled with the words "Drained Used Oil <br /> Filters" and the initial date of accumulation. <br /> 2 .4 On or about July 23 , 1993, Respondent violated <br /> Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66268 .7 (a) (6) by failing <br /> to retain onsite a copy of all notices, certifications, <br /> demonstrations, waste analysis data, and other documentation <br /> produced pursuant to Section 66268.7 for at least five years from <br /> the date that waste was sent for treatment, storage or disposal, <br /> to wit: The land disposal restriction certification for a <br /> polychlorinated biphenyl-containing hazardous waste was not <br /> attached to Respondent's copy of hazardous waste manifest <br /> number 89634631 and could not be located by Respondent during the <br /> inspection. <br /> 3 <br />
