Respondent shall complete <br /> corrective action and submit a signed Certificate of Compliance <br /> and a copy of the land disposal restriction certification for the <br /> transportation and disposition of polychlorinated biphenyl- <br /> containing hazardous waste removed from the facility under <br /> hazardous waste manifest 89634631 to the persons listed in <br /> paragraph 3.2 within 30 days of the effective date of this Order. <br /> 3. 1.5. Respondent shall complete one of the following <br /> options identified in paragraphs 3 . 1.5.a. and 3. 1. 5.b. ; <br /> 3. 1. 5.a. Respondent shall submit a written plan for the <br /> closure of the two 150, 000 gallon storage tanks and associated <br /> piping and equipment to the Department by May 31, 1994 which <br /> incorporates all required elements identified in Title 22, <br /> Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66265. 112. Respondent shall <br /> implement the closure plan and shall properly close the two <br /> 150, 000 gallon storage tanks within 180 days after the closure <br /> . plan is approved by the Department in accordance with Title 22, <br /> Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66265. 113 (a) ; or <br /> 3. 2. 5.b. Respondent shall demonstrate to the satisfaction <br /> of the Department that the two 150, 000 gallon storage tanks, <br /> associated piping and surrounding soils have met the closure <br /> 6 <br />
