• i <br /> o job descriptions which identify the hazardous waste <br /> management duties associated with those jobs, <br /> o written descriptions of the type and amount of <br /> introductory and continuing hazardous waste management <br /> training required for each position with hazardous <br /> waste management duties, and <br /> o documentation that the required hazardous waste <br /> training was completed by employees assigned to those <br /> positions before they are allowed to work without <br /> supervision. <br /> Respondent shall complete corrective action and submit a signed <br /> Certificate of Compliance and copies of the documents listed <br /> below to the persons listed in paragraph 3 .2 within 30 days of <br /> the effective date of this Order: <br /> o a copy of the corrected job description for the <br /> position of "Journeyperson Auto Mech. " which includes <br /> descriptions of the hazardous waste management duties <br /> assigned to that position, <br /> o a copy of the training record for an employee occupying <br /> the position of "Journeyperson Auto Mech. 11 which <br /> includes written descriptions of the type and amount of <br /> introductory and continuing hazardous waste management <br /> training required for that position and which documents <br /> completion of the required training by that employee. <br /> 3 . 1. 3 . Effective immediately, Respondent shall obtain and <br /> use a container for the storage of used single-use vehicle oil <br /> filters which complies with the required specifications for such <br /> containers, including the following: <br /> o the container shall be kept closed except when it has <br /> been opened to allow used single-use vehicle oil <br /> filters to be placed in or removed from the container, <br /> o the container shall be labelled with the words "drained <br /> used oil filters" , and <br /> o the container shall be marked with the initial date <br /> that oil filters were accumulated in the container. <br /> Respondent shall complete corrective action and submit a signed <br /> Certificate of Compliance and photographs of the container used <br /> for the storage of used single-use vehicle oil filters to the <br /> 5 <br />
