• i o job descriptions which identify the hazardous waste management duties associated with those jobs, o written descriptions of the type and amount of introductory and continuing hazardous waste management training required for each position with hazardous waste management duties, and o documentation that the required hazardous waste training was completed by employees assigned to those positions before they are allowed to work without supervision. Respondent shall complete corrective action and submit a signed Certificate of Compliance and copies of the documents listed below to the persons listed in paragraph 3 .2 within 30 days of the effective date of this Order: o a copy of the corrected job description for the position of "Journeyperson Auto Mech. " which includes descriptions of the hazardous waste management duties assigned to that position, o a copy of the training record for an employee occupying the position of "Journeyperson Auto Mech. 11 which includes written descriptions of the type and amount of introductory and continuing hazardous waste management training required for that position and which documents completion of the required training by that employee. 3 . 1. 3 . Effective immediately, Respondent shall obtain and use a container for the storage of used single-use vehicle oil filters which complies with the required specifications for such containers, including the following: o the container shall be kept closed except when it has been opened to allow used single-use vehicle oil filters to be placed in or removed from the container, o the container shall be labelled with the words "drained used oil filters" , and o the container shall be marked with the initial date that oil filters were accumulated in the container. Respondent shall complete corrective action and submit a signed Certificate of Compliance and photographs of the container used for the storage of used single-use vehicle oil filters to the 5
