NIP'. <br /> I '7 <br /> Hi Ray: <br /> This note is to reiterate this morning's conversation regarding Love's Fuel Center located <br /> at 1510 Jack Tone Road in Ripon. Since they did their EVR upgrade in February,their <br /> test dates for Air Quality now move to February and August. To try to keep some <br /> semblance of order to this mess that EVR upgrading is causing to test dates for these <br /> sites,we are requesting that theirannual Environmental Health testing be moved from <br /> July to August to keep their testing together and eliminate the amount oftrips the testers , <br /> have to make,and the shut downs for the sites. <br /> You stated you thought that was a reasonable request and that you felt that would not be �, • <br /> aproblem. We will adjust our database accordingly. <br /> lam sending another copy of the SB989 testing to you tomorrow for the tests done <br /> February 16th and 17th. , <br /> I have left a message for Michael Key regarding the permit issue on the EVR upgrade ; --- <br /> and will arrange for him to call you at your office. <br /> Thanks Ray for all your help.
