A copy of the 3VVRBC flyer entitled ''ACT NC)VV^, <br /> explaining the responsibilities ofUST owners and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> eDC|0Sed with this |e1tS[ <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1, 2005, deadline to submit the owner's compliance statement (described below) <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your underground storag <br /> tank (UST) facilities located within San Joaquin County.` <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code Of <br /> o <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (a) which reads: <br /> By January 1, 2005` ovvnmna of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit m signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator(e) for each <br /> facility owned.
