Box 2009 • (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) 0 Stockton, California 95201 ci
(209) 468-3400
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING
SITE MITIGATION PLAN
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for
remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at
1235 East Alpine Street (APN# 115-330-55-7) , on the south west
corner of East Alpine and West Lane, in the unincorporated area of
Stockton, County of San Joaquin, has been reviewed by San Joaquin
County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division. San Joaquin Street, Stockton,
during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a request by
any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division by January 7, 1993 the tentative decision shall become
final on that date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to Public
Health Services, Environmental Health Division at the above
address.
