The analytical hold time for this analysis was met. <br /> 3. Continuing calibration criteria was met for this analysis. <br /> 4 The method blanks associated with these samples were free of target analyte <br /> interferences at, or above, the reporting limit. <br />' 5. The surrogate recoveries were within Laboratory Q.C. LLnuts with the exception of <br /> samples MW 5-40 (53%) and MW 5-30 (59%) possibly due to matrix effects. <br />' 6. The blank spike recoveries were within acceptable Q.C. criteria. <br />' 7 Matrix spike and matrix spike duplicate were not requested by client. <br /> 8.
