Oil and fuel contaminated absorbent is being disposed of without first determining hazardous <br />properties. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br />Immediately stop disposal of absorbents, make a hazardous waste determination for the spent absorbent <br />material, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br />supporting documentation explaining how this waste will be managed by November 15, 2013. <br />128. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A <br />copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately begin obtaining a <br />copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for at least three years and maintain them on site. <br />211. According to Mr. Bahr, the used oil removed from the engines sometimes contains other chemicals, <br />such as fuel. Any unusable fuel which is removed from the boats is placed in the used oil drum. No <br />person who generates, stores, or transfers used oil shall intentionally contaminate used oil with other <br />hazardous waste. Immediately begin storing and disposing of the waste fuel and the contaminated used <br />oil separately from the non -contaminated used oil. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
