Contaminated soil/absorbent area was cleaned and properly removed per registered HW hauler. See receipt. STORAGE #20 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. ACTION TAKEN: Affixed HW labels on all drums. CONTAINERS #25 CCR 66265.171 Failed to remove waste stored in a damaged or leaking container. ACTION TAKEN: Removed the used oil from the cracked drum, and transferred used oil to acceptable container that is in good condition.
