Sep 22 10 12: 20p En4ered Automation (20 9)•368-0645 p. 4 <br /> UNIVERSAL WASTE <br /> #79 CCR 66273.33 (b) Failed to: (1)store UV lamps in a closed container and in a manner that <br /> prevents breakage and release to the environment,or(2)immediately clean and containerize any <br /> broken lamps or releases to the environment. <br /> ACTION TAKEN: <br /> All UW florescent lamps are securely stored in a marked container, any broken lamps will be <br /> stored in a closed labeled container. <br /> 483 CCR 66273.34 Failed to label universal waste to identify type of universal waste. <br /> ACTION TAKEN: <br /> Containers for UW lamps are now labeled"Universal Waste Lamps", UW electronics are now <br /> labeled"Universal Waste-Electronic Devices". <br /> 484 CCR 66273.35 (a) Stored UW onsite for more than 1 year, or(b)was unable to demonstrate <br /> the length of time the UW has been accumulated form the date it became a waste or was received. <br /> ACTION TAKEN: <br /> All UW lamps and electronic devices were labeled with starting stored date. Any broken <br /> florescent UW lamps and all UW electronics were disposed of were properly. UW electronics were <br /> taken to On Site Electronics Recycling, 2331 N Tee Pee Drive, Lodi CA. Recycling Certificate <br /> will be faxed to us within 1 week.Receiptleertifcate will be kept on file. <br />
