JURISDICTION <br />20 The Parti es stipulate and agree that the Superior Cou rt of Califo rnia , Cou nty of Sa n Diego, <br />21 ha s subject matter jurisdiction over the matters alleged in this acti on and perso nal juri sdiction <br />22 over the Parti es to thi s Consen t Jud gment. <br />23 3. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTED CLAIMS <br />24 T hi s Conse nt Jud g ment is not an admission by Wal -M art regarding any iss ue oflaw o r fact <br />25 in the abov e -captioned matter or any v iolation of any law.
