Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. A hazardous <br /> waste inspection was performed on February 19, 2010 with the General Manager. No written response <br /> was received on how the violations were corrected. Once the operator of the site/ facility which receives <br /> an inspection report, the person shall submit a written response to the department within 30 days. Upon <br /> receiving the written response from the operator, the department, upon request of the operator, meet <br /> and confer with the operator regarding any question, concerns or comments that operator may have <br /> concerning the inspection report. Correct by submitting a written corrective action statement for the <br /> unresolved violations found in the February 2010 inspection report. <br /> Submit to SJC EHD within 30 days (10/21/13): <br /> 1. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" for the 2013 report <br /> 2. one copy of the completed "Return to Compliance Certification" for the 2010 report <br /> 3. a written corrective action statement for the 2013 report <br /> 4. a written corrective action statement for the 2010 report <br /> 5. any supporting/ requested documentation ie. disposal records <br /> Notes: <br /> - Facility cease usage of the lube shop for vehicle maintenance for nearly two years. All performed at <br /> 4035 E Mariposa Rd,Stockton.
