Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all <br />manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for <br />three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the <br />last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />112 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for used oil(2014, 2013, and 2012) and for used <br />coolant(2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012) were not found on site. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the <br />last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />117 <br />HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br />A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been <br />made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br />hazardous waste information online to the CERS at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br />waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br />fields. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br />The 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste coolant was not labeled with the required information. All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
