(continued) <br /> review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them <br /> on site, and submit copies to the EHD by April 29, 2012. <br /> 127. Copies of spent lead acid battery disposal records were not found on site. The generator shall <br /> retain on site for at least three years a legible copy of each manifest or bill of lading which identifies <br /> spent lead acid batteries shipped to a person who stores, uses, reuses, recycles, or reclaims the <br /> batteries or their components. Immediately locate a copy of all disposal records for spent lead acid <br /> batteries for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by April 29, 2012. <br /> 128. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for 2010 and 2011 were not found on site. A copy <br /> of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of <br /> lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by <br /> April 29, 2012. <br /> 703. At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented) that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. According to Mr. Mansfield, no training <br /> has been conducted. The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are <br /> thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. Immediately provide training <br /> to all employees who handle hazardous waste and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD by <br /> April 29, 2012. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by April 29, 2012 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Notes: (corrected on site) <br /> - Oily rags were observed in the trash and are being disposed of without first determining hazardous <br /> properties. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste.
