No comments were received from <br /> the Public Notice on the Modified Closure Plan. The facility <br /> is in compliance with financial assurance requirements. <br /> This Closure Plan conforms with Resource Conservation and <br /> Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations and guidance, is technically <br /> sound, is legally enforceable, and is administratively <br /> complete.
