DTSC staff <br /> observed old computer monitors and other electronic devices that potentially may be universal <br /> waste were stored in the butler building. DTSC staff asked Mr. Wang that how long the old <br /> computer components and electronic devices had been left there. Mr. Wang informed DTSC <br /> staff that the old computer components were stored in January, 2010 and PNA is planning to <br /> reuse those old computer components. Mr. Baillie informed Mr. Wang that when the old <br /> computer components and electronic devices became a waste, the device must be placed in a <br /> 30 of 73 <br />
