During the inspection, DTSC staff <br /> observed halogen lamps on the floor in the storage building. PNA violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. <br /> 22, § 66273.34(c) and 66273.33(c) in that PNA failed to properly mark universal waste lamps <br /> and electronic devices with the phase "Universal Waste" and also failed to contain universal <br /> waste lamps in a closed, structurally sound container. In addition, PNA violated Cal. Code <br /> Regs., tit. 22, § 66273.35 in that PNA failed to demonstrate a date on which the lamps became <br /> a waste.
