Inspection Report : Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> container and be labeled with the start accumulation date. During the inspection, DTSC staff <br /> observed halogen lamps on the floor in the storage building. PNA violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. <br /> 22, § 66273.34(c) and 66273.33(c) in that PNA failed to properly mark universal waste lamps <br /> and electronic devices with the phase "Universal Waste" and also failed to contain universal <br /> waste lamps in a closed, structurally sound container. In addition, PNA violated Cal. Code <br /> Regs., tit. 22, § 66273.35 in that PNA failed to demonstrate a date on which the lamps became <br /> a waste. This violation was not included in the Summary of Violations that was left with the <br /> facilityon December 15 2010 but now being added as a Class II violation in this inspection <br /> g p <br /> report. <br /> Photograph No.43: The universal waste components were stored in the storage building <br /> Photograph No.44: Halogen lights on the floor in the storage building <br /> f <br /> S t <br /> R <br /> { <br /> 7Vl- I <br /> DTSC staff observed one 55-gallon drum containing glass primer stored in the butler building <br /> for more than 90 days and had a accumulation start date of 06/20/09.
