Inspection Report : Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> Safety Code section 25201(a) and Cal. Code Reg., tit.22 section 662.62.34(a), in that PNA <br /> engaged in the storage of hazardous waste (one 55-gallon drum containing glass primer dated <br /> 06120109) for more than 90 days without a permit or grant of authorization days in the storage <br /> building. PNA violated Cal. Code Regs., tit. <br /> 22, § 66265.173 (a), in that PNA failed to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except <br /> when adding or removing hazardous waste in the storage building. This violation was not <br /> included in the Summary of Violations that was left with the facility on December 15, 2010 but <br /> now being added as a Class II violation in this inspection report. In addition, PNA violated <br /> California Health & Safety code section 25186.5, in that the facility disposed off "empty <br /> containers of glass primers and paints in the trash can in the storage building.
