Inspection Report . � 110 Facility Name <br /> Pilkington North America, Inc. <br /> The inspection then proceeded to the oil-water separation system situated outside. Mr. Wang <br /> informed DTSC staff that the oil-water separation system was closed in 2009 because PNA <br /> shut off their window glass production and the facility is not generating much waste oil. DTSC <br /> staff observed the waste oil spills on the floor in the oil-water separation area. DTSC staff <br /> asked PNA to submit the closure plan for the skimmer and the waste oil storage tank within <br /> thirty days of the inspection date. On January 11, 2011, PNA submitted the closure plan for the <br /> skimmer and the waste oil storage tank to DTSC.
