Mr. Baillie informed PNA that the label on the <br /> empty container must also contain the date the container was emptied located next to the oil- <br /> water separation area. Mr. Baillie explained that PNA has one year from the date the container <br /> is emptied to manage the container. Two <br /> out of five 55-gallon drums with the empty label had waste oil in it and three empty 55-gallon <br /> drums without the date they were emptied located near the cooling tower area. Cal. Code <br /> Regs., tit. 22, section 66261.7 requires that a facility must label empty containers with the date <br /> the container is emptied located near the cooling tower area.
