Manufacturing occurs over 3 shifts. The facility fronts Louise Avenue a major east/west route through <br /> the City of Lathrop. Interstate 5 is a quarter mile west of the facility. An additional <br /> cross street is Louise and Howland. <br /> Facility Management Structure <br /> Current facility management consists of seven area managers reporting directly to the <br /> Plant Manager. Floor supervisors/shift managers report to the area managers and are <br /> responsible for specific areas of the facility. Line employees report directly to the <br /> supervisor in their area. <br /> The facility utilizes, in the case of an emergency, the incident command system. <br /> Internally, a unified team response will occur during an incident. The most senior <br /> member of management staff, on-site at the time of the emergency, serves as the <br /> commander of the team.
