Also attach to this letter is 2 copies of the manifest from Asbury <br /> Environmental Services and Safety Clean indicating the pick-up of the used oil and <br /> waste absorbent found during the audit. I have also included the 2 manifest missing <br /> signatures from designation site. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. <br /> 1. Item 108 — CCR 66262.11©- Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste <br /> a. One 55-gallon poly-drum of unknown substance by the Cram-A-Lot <br /> compactor out in the yard. <br /> i. Plastic drum was identified to be trash can. All substance inside <br /> the drum was cleaned and placed into hazardous drum. Plastic <br /> drum was disposed. <br /> b. Oily liquid in multiple secondary containments at the storage lean-to <br /> outside the maintenance shop, the used oil storage location out in the <br /> yard, the hydraulic oil storage trailer out in the yard, and concrete <br /> secondary containment for large vertical filters removed from the <br /> compressors outside north end of the production building. <br /> i. All oil liquid in the areas outside of the maintenance shop has been <br /> clean up and organized. The satellite oil collection site has been <br /> removed from service, oil storage trailer have been clean and <br /> placed in hazardous container south of the plant and oil in the <br /> secondary containment have been removed and disposed in <br /> hazardous drums. Leaves in this area have been clean and tarp <br /> installed around the filter to prevent additional leaves from getting <br /> into the secondary containment. <br /> c. One 5-gallon bucket of used oil at the storage lean-to outside the <br /> maintenance shop <br /> i. Oil in this bucket has been cleaned out and disposed of. <br /> d. One 5-gallon bucket of used oil, an absorbent snake inside a lidless <br /> unlabeled 55-gallon drum, and four 5-gallon buckets of unknown solid <br /> waste at the used oil storage location out in the yard <br /> i. All of the oil in these bucket have been pump into the storage tank <br /> and was picked up by Asbury Environmental Service (manifest <br /> attach) <br />
