An emergency coordinator is lacking (generator has contingency plan). There <br /> must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate <br /> emergency response measures, and the falling information must be posted by a <br /> phone: name, phone... <br /> a. The form provided during the audit has been filled out and a copy has <br /> been posted in the employee communication board. A copy of this form <br /> has also been placed in the plant emergency plan. <br /> 8. Item 910 & 912 —Aerosol cans are being processed with no written procedure <br /> and prior notification to EHD. <br /> a.
