Begin keeping storage areas as clean as possible. <br /> Resolution: This area has been cleaned. Every effort will be made to dump any waste oil brought <br /> from other areas of the plant into the waste oil tank upon arrival. Any containers within the <br /> secondary containment that have not been dumped will be covered and properly labeled. <br /> Item#19: Numerous 55 gallon drums with used oil filters and used absorbent did not have an <br /> accumulation start date. This waste has been on site an unknown amount of time. Dispose of <br /> waste according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations by 10-10-03. Submit copies of <br /> manifests/receipts to this office by 10-10-03. <br /> Resolution: All drum contents were disposed of on 10-10-03. Copies of the waste manifests are <br /> attached. Manifest# 22609770. A copy with the final destination signature is not yet available. I <br /> will send you a copy as soon as we receive it. <br /> Item #20; Hazardous waste containers must be labeled with the following information: <br /> 1. The words "hazardous waste" <br /> 2. Facility name & address <br /> 3. Accumulation start date <br /> 4. Physical state <br /> 5. Hazardous properties <br /> Numerous containers did not have a proper label. Place proper labels on waste containers <br /> immediately. Consult Title 22 hazardous waste regulation for specific label requirements for used <br />
