These have been requested, but we do not have them yet. As soon as we receive these <br /> manifests, I will send you copies. Safety Clean is also checking archived records to see if they <br /> can locate their copies. <br /> Item#88: CCR 6626.34(d) Hazardous waste emergency information could not be found during <br /> this inspection. Complete the provided form. Post a copy for employees and send a copy to this <br /> office by 10-10-03. <br /> Resolution: The form has been filled out and has been posted at the waste oil accumulation <br /> location and at the nearest telephone (Engine room).
