Item#21: All hazardous waste containers must have a lid on them. They must remain closed except when adding or removing. Used absorbent drums did not have lids. Correct immediately. Resolution: All containers now have lids. Item#28: Copies of manifests from 2001 & 2002 were found during this inspection. Signed. copies could not be found. 1. Determine if waste was hauled off on a consolidated or regular manifest, 2. If found to be shipped off on a regular manifest, determine what happened to the signed manifests. Safety Clean manifests artly. Cox'reut by 10-10-03. Note: all maiiifestsheceipis must be kept a minimum of 3 years. Resolution: It has been determined that the Safety Clean Manifests are regular, not consolidated. We have been told that we need to obtain the copy with the bottom signature from the State of California. These have been requested, but we do not have them yet. As soon as we receive these manifests, I will send you copies. Safety Clean is also checking archived records to see if they can locate their copies. Item#88: CCR 6626.34(d) Hazardous waste emergency information could not be found during this inspection. Complete the provided form. Post a copy for employees and send a copy to this office by 10-10-03. Resolution: The form has been filled out and has been posted at the waste oil accumulation location and at the nearest telephone (Engine room). A copy is attached as requested.
