The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> Facility is going out of business. Observed hazardous waste on site during the inspection (used oil, oil filter, <br /> aerosol cans, inks, paint, lead acid batteries etc). Facility cannot be closed out of the hazarodus waste program <br /> until all of the hazardous waste has been removed and all of the final disposal records have been received by <br /> the EHD. <br /> The oil tank was pumped out but an oil filter was observed draining into the tank. The tank will need to be <br /> pumped out again. <br /> Once all hazardous waste has been removed, please contact the EHD for a closure inspection. <br /> There were several chemicals throughout the station that the facility is not using anymore.
