In the event that additional treatment unit(s) are added after <br />the fluidized bed biological reactor. and batch sampling is no longer representative of the <br />discharge, the Discharger may request the sample point be moved to the outfall, and <br />implement the change in monitoring point upon the approval of the Executive Officer. <br />Grab samples shall be collected from the effluent port. <br />The test shall be rainbow trout (Oneorhvnchus mvkiss), following methods specified in <br />EPA/600/4-90/027 (Methods for [Measuring the Acute Toxicity of Effluents and Receiving <br />Waters to Freshwater and Marine Organisms). <br />Composite sampies shall be collected from the outfall which are representative of the <br />volume and nature of the effluent over the duration of each batch discharge. <br />STORM WATER MONITORING <br />Storm Nvater shall be monitored visually prior to being discharged to the San Joaquin River. A record <br />shall be kept of the visual observations and the dates and estimated volumes of water discharged. The <br />information shall be summarized in the monitoring reports. <br />
